Terms of service
Draft — needs a legal read before it ships
Structure only. Everything marked [TO FILL] needs a real answer, and the whole page needs checking by someone qualified before the extension starts taking money.
Last updated: [TO FILL]
Who you are agreeing with
[TO FILL — legal entity, address, registration details.]
What you get
A licence to use the ENV Portal browser extension for your own work, personal or commercial, on as many of your own machines as you like. It is free to use, with no limit on how many workspaces you create.
What you may not do
- Resell or redistribute the extension as your own.
- Use it to attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to any system.
Your workspaces are yours
Workspaces live in your browser profile. We claim no rights over them and, unless you send one to us for support, we never see one.
Availability
The extension works offline and keeps working if our servers do not. It does not contact a server of ours to run at all. [TO FILL — any SLA, or an explicit statement that there is none.]
Liability
[TO FILL — limitation of liability, drafted for the jurisdiction below.]
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date above changes.
Governing law
